LUEXCO REWARDS TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ABOUT LUEXCO REWARDS

1.1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to the LUEXCO.shop and LUEXCO.com Rewards program ("our," "us", "our rewards program" or "Program"). LUEXCO REWARDS is a rewards program for our customers to redeem rewards points that earn exclusive LUEXCO discount coupon codes that are to be used in the checkout process against purchases on our Sites only. Once you've joined our rewards program, you can upgrade and earn rewards by completing certain actions (for example, you can earn reward points that can be redeemed for discounts, for purchases on our Sites by enrolling in the Rewards program, signing up for our newsletter, following us on Social Media Platforms or by referring a friend). By becoming a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions of the Sites; along with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

1.2 APPLICABILITY
The Rewards Program is available online at Luexco.shop and Luexco.com (Our Sites). Each Account is enrolled in the Program once.

1.3 VALIDITY
Enrollment is necessary to become a member.

1.4 MEMBERSHIP
There is no fee for the LUEXCO REWARDS member. LUEXCO REWARDS membership is limited to individuals only (and limited to one account per individual). It is your identification that represents that you are of legal age to join our program and are responsible for your membership with regards to keeping your email and contact details up to date in your Account.

LUEXCO reserves the right to disqualify Members who have violated any of the Terms and Conditions for the Rewards program or the Sites (See: Website Terms and Conditions). Any fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate or abuse the Program will result in the Account being removed from the Program without notice. When a Membership is terminated, all outstanding coupons and outstanding rewards associated with the Membership are forfeited.

2. ABOUT TIERS

2.1 INTRODUCTION
Our LUEXCO REWARDS program consists of three (3) VIP tiers:

(i.) Bronze Tier (-0- points) Tier awarded automatically upon initial sign-up into the Rewards program.

(ii.) Silver Tier (70 points) Tier awarded upon earning a total of (70) LUEXCO Rewards points.

(iii) Gold Tier (150 points) Tier awarded upon earning a total of (150) LUEXCO Rewards points.

2.2 CHANGES
Tier Expiration: Every tier is valid for one (1) calendar year. All customer tiers will be reset to Entry Tier (Bronze Tier) at the start of the calendar year (1st January). For example: If a customer reaches the highest tier on 30th August, he/she will remain on that tier until the end of 31st December that year. On 1st January of the following year, he/she will be placed on the Entry tier (Bronze Tier). Data refreshes typically take up to 24 hours. Please check your tier level after 24 hours.

Milestones: Please note that the milestones of your membership are based on the total number of points that you earn by taking certain actions.

3. ABOUT REWARDS

3.1 INTRODUCTION
Membership in the Program may entitle you to various offers ("Offers") in addition to Rewards. The details of these Offers are set out from time to time on the Program Website or by way of our voluntary email marketing campaign whereby you have granted us consent to do so (see our Privacy and Cookie Policy).
3.2 OTHERS
Details and terms of any Offers as set out on the Program Website are valid for your effective membership period unless otherwise specified on the Program Website.

Please note: Rewards earned from LUEXCO REWARDS program cannot be applied to past purchases, or redeemed for cash value and can only be used for purchases on our Sites.

Combining of Rewards: LUEXCO Rewards cannot be combined. Only one (1) Luexco Rewards-generated coupon code may be used per purchase. Coupons are only applicable to your registered site.

Points Expiration: The points that you earn through the LUEXCO REWARDS program expire after (6) months of account inactivity.

4. MORE DETAILS

4.1 APPROVAL
Once you join our rewards program, you are deemed to have read and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, and rules therein. LUEXCO may, in its sole discretion, alter, limit, or modify the LUEXCO REWARDS rules, regulations, rewards, eligibility for membership, or any other feature of the LUEXCO REWARDS and/or may terminate the LUEXCO REWARDS at any time in its sole discretion, by giving reasonable notice on the website and/or by email. You can refer to the latest version of this rule on this page. If you continue to use LUEXCO membership rights after the terms of these rules are changed, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised rules. If you do not accept the revised rules, you should voluntarily stop enjoying the membership rewards agreed upon in the rules. Please check the website regularly for updates.

4.2 TERMINATION AND/OR REMOVAL
You may cancel your membership at any time through your Account on the website or please contact LUEXCO Customer Support at: customer.support@luexco.com. It is your responsibility to check or review these Terms from time to time to keep informed of any changes.

Terminating your membership means that you will only be able to shop at LUEXCO.shop and LUEXCO.com using the guest check-out and any outstanding Points and outstanding Rewards which remain in such account will be forfeited.

4.3 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LUEXCO may modify the terms of the program including the Rewards and the Tiers, or to suspend or terminate the program if this program is not capable of running as planned for any reason (including in the event of fraud or attempted fraud), which may result in loss of purchase and the cancellation of all rewards and privileges associated with the Program. Any abuse of the program, failure to comply with any provision of the program, any misrepresentation or any action that damages LUEXCO 's interests, or fraud or attempted fraud may result in the member being revoked from membership and will affect the member's eligibility for further participation in the program.

4.4 COMMUNICATIONS
In the event of Terms and Rewards' modification, suspension or termination, LUEXCO will notify via mail, email, and other channels about marketing with your permission, as well as show all changes on this page.

Unsubscribing will cause you to not receive our message in time and you will not receive any compensation from LUEXCO in the event of modification or suspension of the Program. Please note that LUEXCO may continue to send you emails about changes or information about your account and LUEXCO REWARDS membership.

LUEXCO reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue the membership standard of LUEXCO REWARDS at any time, which may involve changes in level status and rewards. Finally, LUEXCO has the power to ultimate interpretation.
